Please communicate any billing concerns you have with our Patient Accounts Representative. For questions about billing, insurance, or payment information, please call 785-456-2295 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Many of our patients have questions in regards to what the expected cost of their medical procedure will be. For these questions, please click on this link for more information regarding our ability to provide you with a Price Estimate.
If you feel your current income is not sufficient to pay the balance of your account, you may qualify for Financial Assistance. More information regarding our Financial Assistance Program can be provided to you during the admissions process. You may also complete and return our Patient Financial Service Application.
We would also like to provide you with additional resources to help you navigate the insurance and hospital billing process.
Financial Assistance Policy
At Wamego Health Center, patients will receive necessary medical care, and the care will never be based on ability to pay. We have trained financial counselors available to discuss you individual needs. If you do not have insurance and/or will have difficulty in paying your portion of the bill, we will review your eligibility for the financial assistance and assist you in making payment agreements.
